Dunno what strain, sorry, I didn't start them...what's the best way forward if it's vegging ?

They are both the same strain, as far as I know., but don't know what strain.
They were both germinated from seed and started under florescent...

Hi there.
I have 2 plants growing outdoor, they are amongst a row of tall lilies and about 2m apart.
One is budding nicely, but the other...
