Hi Camk, I am not an indoor grower but I would wait. I see some white hairs still. When I have harvested with white hairs I have not been satisfied with results.

Try getting some pics in the dark or using flash. Or check out UrbZ hd pics of the trichs. Can't really judge but looks like they'll take a little longer.

Here Is a pic with just hints of amber for highest thc pulling at this point is best. Even before you see as many amber as here.

Thanks guys
the trichs are about half milky
ive read that the Sativa may never amber so I’ll wait till most of the trichs are cloudy then flush it
the auto seems to be taking longer probably due to the fact it’s at 12/12 light schedule
next week will be 8 weeks since the switch

Cam

Morning Camk, nobody knows when's the best time to harvest, everybody's got an opinion though, even if they have never grown but a couple of plants.
The more you grow ,the more you learn, but after years of trying to get the perfect harvest-effects ,just right, the way you want them, we always wait till we see a little amber, before we do anything, we sometimes even wait till we see 20-30percent amber, before we harvest, and in good soil, we don't even flush, and I would put our crops up against anybody's as for taste an effects.

here are some pics of the trichoms (sp)

this was not easy to get lol

Yup the longer you wait from here on out the more couchlock you get. That thc is turning into cbd as we speak.

Wow great pics, ya looks like there ready. Interesting because alot of the pics at the top show white pistles and red hairs not rolled in.

UrbZ THC doesn't turn into CBD, but into CBN as it degrades. That's where the more sedative effects come from. CBD makes you feel alert.

I agree: those triches look ready. When I grew a huge sativa a year ago, the trichomes didn't behave like hybrid triches do at all, and all the pistils were brown, yet she kept throwing out a few new pistils. It was a whole different grow.

Morning Camk, nice pictures, those are in the window, but you still got some time left, no need to be in a big hurry, You still got a few clear. You ain't losing nothin by waiting a few more days before you harvest, an I will promise you most people would have already harvested yours, But you are waiting and your smoke is gonna be good as hell, too. Nice job of waiting, most people never wait till it's done, so until they wait, they never know how good it can be.

thanks
the trich pics are from the auto
i will flush and harvest it next week or sunday ill have all day on sunday to do it

that was my concern too but it could be because the plant has grown too close to the light and i cant raise it any higher
as for the pics i combined my phone camera using super vision and my cheap scope it worked good

Good deal Camk, your doing it the right way, by waiting, your gonna have something to be proud off, and not just a heart pounder, that keeps you high for an hour.
Excellent Job Camk. Can't wait till I hear your smoke report.

Well, looking at the newest pics Id harvest em if they were mine. Id check more that a few spots though to get an overall idea. You can always take the top and leave the bottom half of the plants to mature and thicken up for another week.
