I'm new to the grow game and my first plant went fine. But this one is losing and getting yellowing leaves under the canopy. Now the tips of the leaves are curling and getting crispy tips. New leaves are not as green. You guys have any suggestions?

In was thinking over watering, but she only gets about 1 cup a water in the morning and evenings. As for nutrients every 30 days I give her a Tomato vegetable plant food granulars. About a tea spoon. The PH is about 6.5 - 7. I was think on adding more fresh air intakes.

Cannabis likes to dry out between waterings. Instead of twice a day, water maybe every second or third day. If it is constantly wet, that is probably why it looks overwatered. That pot looks too small for the large plant this wants to be when it grows up. Think you can lift that entire root ball out and transplant it into something larger? Looks like it is trying hard to be a very healthy plant, so if you figure out the problem soon it should recover nicely.

You don't want to water twice a day. You want to water about once every 2-3 days for the fastest growing plants. I recommend giving enough water until you get a little bit of runoff out the bottom, then don't water again until the top inch is dry to the touch. If it's taking longer than 3 days to dry, give less water at a time. If it's taking less than two days to dry, give more at a time. I have a feeling this plant just got too big for the amount of water you're giving, and is chronically under watered. That can cause pale leaves, clawing and drooping. Is this plant bigger than your last one?
As far as pH, try measuring the pH of the runoff water to see if it's very different from the pH of the water going in. If you're putting it in at 6.5 and it's coming out at 7.5, then you know there's a problem with pH at the roots.
I also agree that pot is very small for the size of the plant, so it might be time to transplant to a bigger container
