    HELP! Issue or paranoid?

Hi guys, strain is euphoria - second week in. Currently in coco, with a 300W galaxy hydro LED & a few cfl thrown in.
    Light burn?
    Appreciate any advice, thanks!

Yes this does look like light burn, leaves pointing up and bleaching. Im not familiar with LED heights, if its 300 watt HID equivalent, then it should be around 2-3 feet.

You could probably turn the led off and just use the cfls for a while. After your seedlings get a little bigger you can add the led back in but start it out up high like Dan said at about 30 inches or so and gradually try to ease it down to about 16-18 inches. I have 4 of the same brand of lights and they can definitely cause light burn but they can also make some very nice buds.

I'd move the lights back a few inches and see how she reacts after a day or two. Led distance can vary depending on the stage of growth. Started my girls at 20", let them stretched, now the canopy is at 12" and they're loving it! In hindsight I might have started too far...

You have it right. Light intensity follows an 'inverse square' law: Double the distance and you get 1/4 the light, triple it and that goes down to 1/9 of the original light level reaching the plant. It's very a sensitive adjustment, so avoid over-compensating if it is just a little too much.

Disappointed , good advice above. You might want to use your cfls like Burny said for a week or two, then your led.l also use those GH 300 watt leds and I started mine at 22 or 24 inches for about two weeks then got it down to about 16 or 17 inches and they started growing like a bat out of Hell. Again like Burny said they will grow some good green. Good Luck. D.A.A.S.69

Can I ask what medium is in? Do you water with RO water?

Hi guys, made some improvements she looks healthy now. Moved LED further up and dimmed it down. Repotted into a coco/perlite medium and watered with nutes at a ph of 6. Have not tested run off ph as all is looking well... for now!
