    questiin on green led light

So the other day i left to green led light on during flowering on accident. Wondering if doing that would cause ill effects?

One day won't hurt! If it's a true green LED it's probably safe to use, but if you want to be able to check on your plants at night and be sure you aren't interrupting their dark period they have lights made for that

Now I know why my Solis Tek Ballast has that REAL BRIGHT GREEN LED LIGHT on the power select button.

It is likely okay. The problem is if there's a green coating over a white LED to make it look green, then some red light could possibly get through. The main spectrum to avoid during the dark period is red, because that "reminds" the plant of the sun in the morning. You also want to avoid blue to a lesser extent because, although it doesn't indicate flowering, it's important to the circadian rhythms of the plant
