If you click on the pic there is text underneath. I read mention of dark ends on the leaf tips on top growth, as his concern.

There it is.. lol. Sorry.. with all the "..." I use when typing, you would think I'd see it 🥴
so this morning I checked on her again.. the 2nd branches are growing in quick! Pistils are now popping out of a good portion of them. I've never seen an entire plant do this before! She's alot smaller than the other 2 in the tent, but already seems like she is going to have the fattest densest colas on her out of the bunch. Just wish her cousin (OG Kush) didn't herm 🥺... they were stressed early on in seedling stage from the overwatering.. but have recovered nicely, Id say. I think ILGMs OG Kush is just old and should be retired. 3 beans didnt pop.. the one that did came out a true hermaphrodite (not just nanners later in flower, but entire branches had male parts along with pistils). I'll come back with an update and some pics of the Fire OG in the next week or so. Thank you again for such a quick response!

Thanks for the quick response! I am 100% checking this every day lol. I've noticed some pistils popping out of the new growth.. i believe its some sort of mutation that is just very heavy on this pheno 🤷♂️ idk.. i know ive seen a couple 2nd branches popping out in the past here and there.. but this girl has them on 90% of the nodes.. im interested in what she is preparing to do.. she's stacking pretty quickly. She's only had her crowns looking like this for about 2 days.. they still looked very "transition-y" 3 - 4 days ago. She is refusing to stretch. Btw this is Fire OG fem from ILGM.. ill come back thru here with an update as a few weeks pass.. or sooner if I have anymore questions or concerns.. thanks again!
Sorry.. I guess I couldn't find "Reply"Last edited by ewreck420; 04-18-2022, 11:22 PM.

Firstly, I would like the thank you for the reply. They have recovered nicely.. one hermied so only 3 left. I have one plant that seems to be sprouting a second set of branches (or budlets) from underneath the first set of branches. Their are pistils present in their normal location at the nodes, but MOST nodes have this odd second budlet coming out from directly underneath the 1st branches... this is confusing, but seems pretty bad ass if the their will be that much extra flower!!! The pics kinda suck, but you can see what Im talking about. This girl just started week 3 from 12/12 and seems to be stacking pistils faster than the other 2 girls in the tent.. but anyways.. has anyone ever seen this before? Should I be worried about balls showing up underneath the branches like that?? Ive had 1 or 2 plants spout branches on a branch or 2 like that.. but this whole plant is covered in the 2nd set.. Thank you in advance!3 PhotosLast edited by ewreck420; 04-18-2022, 08:05 PM.

I think it’s root rot. Nutrient levels have been reduced so I doubt that is staining, also the browning is above the water level. I don’t think the girls are beyond repair. IF you have any rapid rooter add it at the recommended levels on the label and feed from the top to help develop new roots. I would also double up on the amount of hydroguard for a week or so until you see more new white root growth coming out of your net pots. Magnesium sulfate @ 1tbs per gallon will help green them up - Epsom Salts (plain)Last edited by BU2B; 03-26-2022, 04:51 PM.

So I’m not sure what’s wrong with my girls, I’ll hopefully put more info than needed.
4 do si do in my rdwc, they sprouted about 3 weeks ago on March 7th. Were getting seedling strength nutes from the start according to the GWE chart, 1ml/gal cal mag added about a week after sprout.
Some things that have happened, In the beginning weeks my water temp was consistently going over 76 so I installed a water chiller on the 21st, my roots looked slightly brown at the time, I was running hydroguard so I believed the browning was nute stain.
About 4 or 5 days ago I started seeing some yellowing tips on the smaller plant pictured, assumed some nutrient burn and changed my water out, wiped everything down, filled with plain ph water for 24 hours, then gh micro trio at 1/2 tsp a gallon. No hydroguard or calmag. Ph was stable at 5.8/.9 330w (actual) led at about 7/11 power (dimmer goes to 11) hanging 22” from top of tallest plant.
Day before yesterday I checked my roots and the “nute stain” was significantly worse, roots were slimy and tangled up. (Pics included) Although no smell I assumed root rot even though my water temps have been 66-68 since the 21st. I cleaned my roots with my sink faucet since it has a sprayer, cleaned them white and put hydroguard in my water, along with 1ml/gal calmag..not 100% why I added calmag then but I did.
They’ve been getting progressively droopier as time goes by and I’m noticing the brown spots on the smaller plant, brown/reddish spots on the newest growth of the same plant, and a little clawing down on the bigger plants, roots still look good (whiter pics of roots now)
Air temps have been 70-80, humidity 40-60, using tap water that comes out 180 ppm, with nutes ppm goes to 600, with calmag it sits at 700. Brought ph up to 6.3 today to see if maybe different nutes need to be absorbed.
As I write this I’m noticing the 2 times I’ve seen problems above water has been after adding calmag. Other things that I think I messed up with is using the sink faucet directly on the roots instead of cleaning them with a toothbrush or something in ph water, and not using h202 after believing I had root rot.
I’m just as green as these plants when it comes to growing so I really appreciate everybody’s continued support with these shenanigans. Sorry for the novel.
