Has anyone ever cured with citrus fruits? I did some research on it and according to the ole Google machine it can be done. My question is has anyone tried it and had success? Would anyone recommend doing it? Does it effect the curing time? I'm rapidly approachin my first harvest and would love some feedback please.

I had no idea about curing. I had always just dried and smoked. Well let me tell you, the difference between just dried and cured by the instructions in the tutorials, is night and day. Just dried is ok but, when cured the aroma, taste and buzz are at least 100% better. IMO. Howdy Malphas, I have used both orange wedges and apple slices to re-hydrate dry smoke before. Smoke that is very dry can be harsh, the re-hydration mellows the smoke and adds a nice hint of flavor. I have not used them or anything else in the jars when curing the bud.Smoke weed,.....grow peace!
