Loose the dome, bring lights down, turn fan on low it will strength the plants stem,if your going to pot bury most of the stem.my.02$

As for them getting tall, I'd put the light right on top of the dome (assuming you're using a CFL).

I had 2 150w CFL's right on the dome and you can see in the pic how tall my seedlings were when the roots came through

I just noticed those pics were taken on March 7th, so the same day you seeded yours. Mine were seeded on March 2nd

I'm new to this so take what I say with a grain of salt, hopefully more experienced growers will chime in, but yes, I would put them in dirt. Seeds grow straight out of dirt in nature, so it's not like you're adding a challenge to the roots that they're not evolved to handle.

I'd take the bottom half of a plastic soda bottle and make little individual domes for each of the solo cups you put them in and keep misting the seedlings and get your lights closer to them.

Also it looks really dry from the pics. Are you misting them often, along with the dome?

Hey deno. It looks like you definatly need more light as Marley said. Do you have another light you could add? And I would get them out of that dome. Seedling don't need it so much. That might be one of the reasons your not getting roots. (Mostly its probably the lack of light) What are you transplanting into?
