rain is fine as long as its not cold in the morning, you should be fine in the fall when it starts getting real cold every morning as early as you can go out and give her a shake to get dew off as soon as possible

Regarding outdoor growing and random rainy days, I have an outdoor grow that has started showing those little hairs (it's a girl!!!) Is it ok for rain to hit these or should I worry when actual buds start to form?1 Photo

I’m in the states, so not doing too well on knowing the metric/standard....lol. I don’t use a humidifier or anything in my tent when I grow indoors. I’ve only done 4 grows in my tent. As you can see from my profile pic I’m a outdoor grower. If you want to talk to the best grower on here talk to Spidermite He’s my best friend. Remember to put the @ in front of names to tag us. Good luck bud

In the old days for humidity in the winter ,my parents would place a pot of water on the wood stove and it would lightly steam away in the background. So when I tried a wide tray of water with a fan blowing on it, it did work....not a huge change but it did bring up humidity a few points

Ok cool thanks! Is it true not to spray plants when lights are on though

I have used big clear totes to cover plants and then spray them ,if you mist your plants it will increase humidity

SierraBravo4 Good detective work with the faulty tent!!! It's a true relief to figure out what is causing a problem!!! Glad to hear that your girls are budding like crazy; that's what we want!!!!

alltatup so i was doing that defoil tech when i first started to grow, cause this is the website i found that made it simple. when my crops started to fall apart early etc.... i thought i was defoiling wrong and that nebula and all her research was wrong.... it was my tent... it was swiss cheese, i got the vipar spectra 4x4 and the zippers were not lined up right i thought the internal flap would fix that gap... nooooooooooooo and it popped pin holes galore on the flaps from opening and closing for feeds. so what i originally thought was that defoliation method was in fact faulty equipment. now in this room i built i returned to that method you mentioned. they will be in week four of flower on saturday. i couldnt be happier with their performance. defoliation works. so many bud sites. currently the lights are 16 to 18" from the tops. they grew nicely into frame. from top of Pots to lights is 36". plants are sitting at 22 to 26" tall in their 7 gallon homes. in a 3x3 flowering footprint

it all comes down to PPM and PH monitoring which i am not a fan of.
i dont PH my water with AN PH perfect line... and i dont need Calmag supplement anymore... it is pricey but im in the 4 to 2 plants in 7 or bigger gallons. right now im at 6 gallons with 4 plants, i pulled the black russian she was growing back funky i didnt want to chance it. as it was an import from a friends grow. i feed them 1.5 gallons every 48 to 72 hours. my calculations on using Advanced Nutrients is 2 liters of Base A and B ea, and 1 liter of ea supporting nutrients. i can do a full 4 months cycle from seed to smoke. again the auto feeding i will have to check into a little more for a future grow and if PPM and PH isnt an issue using the nutrients i use. something like they are good at ph balancing for up to a week in soil/grow medium. i should be good right???
