    Hello From Maine!!

Hey ya'll thanks for having me! Psyched about the new forum. GWE has been an amazing resource for me throughout the years. I'm a grower up in the magnificent state of Maine! Growing for personal use currently but if legislation for recreational use passes in November hopefully I'll be able to make a living at it. Keep your fingers crossed for us! Anyway again I'm excited to be here!

Hello from Colorado. I lived in Maine for a while back in the 70's. I was a little kids then and all I can remember is going fishing, playing in the forest and the caribou walking through the hospital parking lot. What a beautiful state! Hope it passes in Maine in November

We're rooting for you guys here in Michigan! I've always wanted to go to Maine and this would definitely help the argument when deciding where to take the next vacation! Win one for the good guys!

Maine is a beautiful state! It's somehow still untouched by the world. I would love to go back to visit one day!

Hello from Pennsylvania here! Glad your state is getting it's act together. PA is just now working out the kinks for medical use only, and even that they have all f***ed up.

Thank goodness for being only 2 1/2 hours from D.C. It was the most amazing thing. Went this morning for the first time(to buy), not sightsee Sat in a car in a bank parking lot looking through a plastic tub of prepacked 1/4 oz. industrial grade ziplocks. Had about 10 varieties to choose from, also some edibles. Seller didn't seem to have a care in the world, so we didn't either.

So different from the paranoia of getting caught with even one dang joint in your possession.

I thought I heard Philly decriminalized small amounts.

Only to a certain extent. You can be ticketed on the spot from $25 to $100 depending on activity involved. Just citations and there is no permanent criminal record. I think more and more large cities and putting laws in place to soften the penalties. Massively reduces wasted government spending and those small fines that are getting paid generates a nice little income.

We lost out on our hope for a 'recreational' vote for 2016 here in Michigan, but we are all hoping for success around the country.
                completed 7 grows
what I have learned so far:
                environment maters more than nutrients
at least a dab of nutrients in every watering
effective flushing before harvest is critical to quality
