Okay so this will be my first grow and it will be an outdoor grow, now I had some questions about feeding and that has been cleared up and my question has been answered now I'm just wondering, so I have to do this pretty secrety but is it safe to dry under a house? smell will be an issue but I'm thinking I went down there a few times and it seemed clean but the typical under the house sort of environment, but I'm thinking of getting a 4 inch exhaust fan/ carbon filter down there to keep down smell as well as it being quiet, and put tarp in a square shape around my plants that I will be hanging up side down (trimmed) and dried that way I will be having 2-3 havnt decided yet, northern light auto flowers so it's low smell anyways but will it hurt me plants to dry down there? I will also put a small fan Blowing indirectly at them

growgorilla In either case, when you are ready to dry your buds, you want to make sure that temps and humidity are correct for that process. If the environment is too hot and dry, they will dry too fast and the trichomes will be damaged by heat. If it's too humid, you run the risk of moldy buds...

Heat is not good, above 75 is probly too warm. Buds will collect dirt and anything that floats in the air. Your drying spot must be fairly clean, with fresh air supply.

yeahhh I think the attic is the best option

I got a cheap tent, it's 3x3x6.5 ft. Now you could put a filter and fan to it , for a drying tent. Just another idea.
Good luk friend.
