Hey friends, first timer here. Have been reading and watching videos for the last 3 months. Wanted to help out my ex and my daughter with their medical issues. One has depression the other anxiety and sleep issues. Since we're in Texas we will probably be the last state to go legal (too many conservatives...lol). Anyway I ordered some Lemon OG Haze to start. I have a 4 by 2 Tent for germinating, seedlings and veg cycle. I'll be using 4 by 2 tray setup for flowering using the ebb & flo system. i decided on Blue Planet nutrients just because. Germinated 5 seeds, 4 popped. Placed in 1" rockwool cubes until the roots popped out the bottom. Then transferred over to 4" blocks for the last week (1st week of veg cycle). i used half the recommended nutrient solution and quite frankly they look great. Dark green, bushy and about 4 to 4 1/2" tall. Yesterday noticed that the roots are already popping out the bottom of the 4" block. So I soaked my 6' block overnight in 5.6 ph water. Today I placed the 4" blocks on top of the 6" and then soaked 'em down with the full nutrient chart recommendations. This is where they stay (4 by 2 tent under a 4' light using LED instead of florescent lights) until they are ready to be moved to the 4 by 2 tray filled with clay pellets under a 600 watt HPS/MH. Was hoping and would greatly appreciate any comments, critiques or advice. On a side note my little girls are already putting out a strong lovely smell. Anyway thanks for reading this and I look forward to you feedback.

Welcome to the fourm, houseof!!! Sometime in December, there was a really great thread on strains for depression and anxiety. Lots of folks using the herb to deal with those issues (present company included). There are other growers on this forum from TX, I'm sure they will give you a shout out. I'm in a real redneck state as well, if that makes you feel any better!! ;-}
Your girls look great!!
Looking at the first picture, I see there's a gap between the tray and the bucket; it won't stay like that, will it? Because you don't want your roots exposed to any light whatsoever!!!Last edited by alltatup; 03-31-2017, 04:30 AM.Anyone can grow schwag.
