I have these seedlings that to me seem fairly decent. But I'm curious as from a professional grower stand point, do these look healthy? Just looking for any tips.

Looking good to me. The one on the left looks more wet than the one on the right and the the one on the left looks like it's leaves are drooping a little, maybe a little too wet? But that is from the pics, I could very well be wrong.
Not really any stretch, so the light must be good. The only thing I would suggest, and perhaps you already have it going is to put a very very gentle breeze on the plants, just so they jiggle a little, just to get the stems a little stronger.

Right now I would just keep it the way you have it going now -- just some slight movement really helps that stem get stronger.
I wouldn't call it overwatering, probably more of a reaction to watering, but I would wait until it looks like the other, somewhat dry, before you give it another drink.
Last you do have a lot of drainage hole in the cups?

Babies look good. I try to water my seedlings by driping the water in a ring around outside of plant, I try to water a lil bit each day.

They look good. Just the way I been watering. I water enough to make a ring around seedling, so it dries quicker, that way next day I can give another lil watering. This is for my seedlings. Less water, water everyday. This is in coco with 30 to 50% perlite mix.

This is a pic of my new babies in final pot start.
