    Bubble bucket's need help

I have two 5gal bubble buckets with 6" pots. I have rapid rooters plugs and clay pebbles.. Questions:
I plan to start my seeds first in the rapid rooters in a Dom tray on a heating pad.
Do I need light on them?
Once they have roots when do I transplant to bubble buckets?
When do I put lights on them? Can I use CFLs or T5?
When do I goto full spectrum led 300w light?
What is good to put on plants to prevent insects on leaves?
    Thanks so much

Seedlings don't need light until after they sprout, but once you see even the hint of leaves they do better if you give them light.

You can transfer to bubble buckets as soon as you see their first two round leaves.

CFLs and especially T5s are really great for seedlings! They respond really well to fluorescent light You could move to your LED once plants seem settled and are growing new leaves every day (1-2 weeks).

I know it seems like common sense, but the best way to prevent insects is to prevent them from getting in the grow room You don't want to spray your seeslings with unnecessary pesticides because sometimes it can bother them and slow down growth. Most importantly don't get clones or visit someone else's grow room, since that's the main way to get bugs that are actually hard to get rid of!

Sounds like you're on it already, but feel free to post pictures of your setup too!
