Day or Night time harvest?

I'm approaching my 7th harvest and I'm wondering when do the flowers contain the most 'medicine'? At night or during the day? I've been harvesting at night but really have no idea if it actually makes a difference~

A lot of people say to do it in the night. Even leave your girls in the dark for a couple days before you cut them down. As for why they claim it produces more oils and meds by stressing out the plant. I'm not sure if it works or not but it makes sense.

I get up in the morningand harvest. I live on a farm surrounded by farms. Farmers sleep at night.
