It looks like it needs overall more light and nutrients, but otherwise it looks pretty good! Are you checking the pH to help prevent nutrient deficiencies? What nutrients are you using? It looks like you've got a good start. The main thing that makes buds grow is light, so you'll maximize your yields by getting as much light to the plant as possible!

I haven't checked the oh level. Dont laugh at me but I gave it Miracle Grow 24-8-16 dissolved in half with tap water. Fed it every time I noticed the soil started to dry up. Gave it 18-6 of lights for first 3 months . Had it 12-12. Since then.and started feeding it Scott's Super Bloom 12-55-6 dissolved in half ( meaning what I consider a full feeding) don't know if you get me. And gave it one feeding of super thrive. Mostly what I remember . ..how long till I see real buds you think?

For flowering use a lower nitrogen and higher P,K to get the fullest of buds

I agree. Your Bloom nutrient has very low levels of Potassium (that last number), which is important for flowering cannabis plants. If you're going to use something from an inexpensive commercial brand like that, you might be better off with the Shultz Cactus/Succulent food (2-7-7), since it has closer to the right ratios of nutrients for the flowering stage. If you're willing to order online, they have some relatively cheap Bloom soil nutrients that work well!

Bud formation is dependent on strain, so it's hard to give an exact answer, but this page breaks down what to expect week-by-week during the flowering stage. I hope it helps! http://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-flowering-stage

I just bought a 150watt 2700k CFL... But grew it in veg. With a CFL maybe like 15 watt lamp. It has done the job so far. Thanks for any answers

She looks good but ur giving her nute burn from the high nitrogen in flower most likely. U can see the brown cripyness around the edges of some leaves. It could be from an over all high dose of nutes as well tho. Nutes should only be given every second feeding.

Since it most likely has nute burn, should I start doing two watering and third a small feeding? Or cut out nuts in general??

Do one watering then do one feeding and so on. Alternate waterings/feedings

Hey man thankx. She is about 2 feet tall, and she ain't that wide. This plant has been my trial and error. I have experimented with it since beginning. I topped it like 2month into veg. N I plucked all the big weed leafs leaving the plant super skinny n sick looking. But since I put it on flowering. She just keeps getting her leafs back n now she is starting to bud. Starting to smell raw... so she has been they alot of stress. I did LSt all thru her veg. Stage... now I'm just feeding it every 3 days or so. N had it in 12-12. For about a month .. been growing in my closet since beginning ... Since flowering I don't do Anything else but feed it and bring it out of my closet for some fan time. First time grower but I'm so amazed how this plant has turned out.
