    Premature Amber Tricomes?

I just did the Week 11, Ripen, feeding in a 12 week schedule for a Water Farm. Next week is Flush.
Clear tricomes are all over the place as they should be. Interestingly, amber tricomes are showing up before milky ones.
Is this normal? If so, its not what I've been reading here and other places.
I thought the sequence was clear to milky to amber.
If this continues, I could guess I'll have quite a few amber/dark brown tri's by the time the scheduled harvest is supposed to happen.
I will be using the tricome method to determine harvest time. Got a very handy 10X thru 25X loop with lights that really makes everything visible.

Anybody else see amber before clear? This is a Lavender plant that does have pigmentation on stems and some leaves. Could that contribute?
    Thanks for any insights.
