･Do I need a Identification or some license?

You must show photo ID if you are over 21 you can buy those things over the counter. I wonder if you may be thinking of taking seeds home to Japan? DONT DO IT!. Japan has little tolerance to smuggling but I bet you already know this so be careful. There are more cannabis stores in Colorado then there is Starbucks!. Be careful out there!

Just a note on ordering from home. I do not know the laws in your country, but in the United States if the postal service intercepts your seeds they will not come after us. They send us a letter stating what happened, but don't arrest us. If your country has different laws, and they will arrest you, then do not order from home.
