False alarm. Not to worry, but keep a critical eye on all of your plants throughout their grow cycle.

That photo is not something I would comment on. Great if you can diagnose plants from it.

What are you thinking? Should I be worried? I can upload some more pics but quality is not so good on this camera

I see what is going on from your fuzzy photo... those points those are forming are called "Nodes" and that is the places the buds are going to form... It is hard to tell a lot from a fuzzy photo or photos taken in anything but White Light (normal lighting). The best thing to do would be to use a normal light above the plant, take a clean photo... a fuzzy photo is usually caused by being out of focus or you are shaking the camera when you take the photo. The best advice I would have for you as clearly a new grower without much experience or knowledge, is to go to the top of this page and start reading the articles on this website to help new growers such as yourself, and I do not mean reading the Forums posts... I mean actually reading the very well written articles that will explain EVERYTHING about anything and everything when it comes to growing the cannabis plant. That will do you the most amount of good of anything.
The only way to become the a good at anything is to read about it and learn all you can about it, and if it's something you love why not become an expert in it? The best place for anyone to start is at the beginning and make sure we didn't overlook anything, so let's go back to the basics.

Ok thanks I really donty have much experience and have read through a lot articles and pictures of pollen sacs and hermaphrodites but I still wasn't sure because it just seem to be 2 strains that started to form these type of budding. The other strains dont have these same kind of clusters. Im positive that the other once only show female attributes. I am gonna try getting some better pics.

You are having a focusing problem. On some cameras you depress the shutter button only half way to focus and then depress the button fully afterwards. You might try that.

These are all female pre-flowers (calyxes) that haven't grown their first pistil yet:

I always encourage people to read beginner guides over the Forums to learn from and get started with, because there is so many great photos of everything and such great explanations of where you are at right now and where you will going to next. The more you know the more skilled of a grower you will be, and the bigger better yields and quality you will have for it, hence why I encourage people to find their own answers and will try to help guide them to do more of their own research and learning.

Another thing you will encounter soon, is when you read Week-1, Week-2, etc... those plants are growing in 100% the right conditions and so they will keep to a set schedule of changes like you will see in a lot of photos, however you will find your plants may not be as far by that same time frame. You may be on Bloom Week-3 and still not look like you made it past Bloom Week-1 in the photos still, and that will be because you don't have optimal growing conditions so your plants may not progress as fast through the Weeks of changing as you may expect them to be at for that period of time growing. This will then lead people to harvest their buds way early and under ripe losing at least 50% of their potential yield from what they could have had with such higher quality buds.
