HELP! First Time Poster Seeks Elementary Level Advice on Autoflower Germination

Hello all thanks in advance!

I've read and read on germination and tried with the cup of water the first two seeds, no luck on those. Went with the paper-towel method for these 2, here is what is going on after coming up on a week. I know the photos are tough to make out but what you have in front of you is two barely moving seeds since being moved from the paper towel to the soil. My main fear is maybe they have been stunted somehow? I wet the soil before popping them in (what I know think was maybe too deep into the soil). Following that very light watering I read that is should be soaked so you stop watering for a while so I did that the following day, not on the seed/root itself but the edges. They went in roughly afternoon of Saturday 6/13 and these photos were taken just now. From all I've seen/read if these were to take off they'd of done so by now. So wondering if I should wait it out or if these may not be worth the time?

Also to add I've had the temp almost constantly at 75 and humidity 70% measured with a Govee and 18'6 schedule with the LEDs

Infertile or weak seeds are always a possibility. Ignoring these, below is my seed sprouting routine.
- scarify the seeds, nicking the outside seed coat to allow water to more easily penetrate. I shake a seed 30 to 60 seconds in a small tube of rolled up sandpaper (grit in).
- soak seeds overnight in tap water with a few drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide to inhibit bacteria/fungi.
- move seeds to paper towel method, dark, at 80°F.
- usually germinate in 24-48 hours.
- transplant sprouted seed to a Jiffy Pellet, then 4" pot, even to a gallon pot, all under a 100w grow light, to ensure a strong seedling going into final grow medium. Do this for both photos and autos. I never just plant a seed in its final location. I know I am growing out a healthy plant.

I avoid high humidity for seedlings.

Hello KonaKai Keep the middle area of your pot moist, not wet, for the seeds. The medium looks dry. When the seeds were planted after they came out of the paper towel did they have a tail?
