I’m an experienced grower with many successful grows under my belt. I do DWC under LED in a 4x4 tent. I currently have a 5 week old OG Kush photoperiod grow underway. My problem is that I am going to be away for a while in week 13/14 with no one around to watch my grow. Here’s my question. What would happen if I switched flower now at week 5 of veg.?

If you switch now, your plant will still do as they normally do; I doubt any adversity for switching now, I'm sure it will be fine. I wouldn't be away much more than about 7 days, though, as she may drink up all the nutrients in the rez, and that will definitely kill it
I'm guessing you normally switch a little later down the track than 5 weeks? If so, I would say this plant wouldn't quite get to the size that you're used to growing them to. Having said that, to me, she looks a little busy through the middle, and with a little careful defoliation and training, it can help boost that yield.
