HELP! Help a newbie defoliate 😁

Hello! I am still new at growing (currently on my second grow) and I'm currently suffering a little bit from my success. This is the site I followed for both grows, so I figure here is a good place to start for advice!

Currently, my Lemon Cherry Cookies auto from Fastbuds is growing like a monster. I've been leaf-tucking her every few hours when I can, but I'm worried that airflow is starting to get restricted. Based on the photos I'm submitting (I can take more later today after work), I'm curious if any more experienced growers think I should defoliate her, or continue to expose bud sites through leaf tucking.

I'm also curious which leaves should be removed if that is the best option. Lots of guides (including this site) say to remove large fan leaves with long stems, but it's mostly the smaller fan leaves growing from bud sites that are blocking other nodes and restricting airflow.

For reference, she is 32 days old and is about 2-3 days into her flowering stretch. Thanks!
