Hello Seangryrucho when to flip to flower is pharmer's choice. Expect your plants to at least double or triple in height during the stretch. How much space do you have? How long have your plants been in veg? It looks like you have made a couple of manifolds. That will help with the height but when to flip to flower is your call. Why may I ask did you lower the brightness of your lamp? Lots of people on the forum use the lamp that you have. They can give better advice but my suggestion is to follow spider farmer recommendations for lamp height from canopy and intensity. Do you have a light meter? That can help you determine your light's dispersion in your grow space. Photon is a free one. If you buy one I'd suggest Photo Bio Phantom. Very handy tool.

I understand SF recommends that lamp to be ran at 100% during the flower period at 12" above the canopy and to watch the plants for signs of light or heat stress. The light can be raised to 20-24" and the power be left on full or it can be dimmed a bit. That's a good move to adjust the light when you notice it affecting your plant. Those plants look young but otherwise healthy. The manifolds likely won't get very tall. They will spread out if taken care of. Keep doing what you're doing. Read and ask questions. There is a wealth of knowledge both on the main GWE website and this forum.

I have a manifold grow going at this link. I ran these two girls at 38 days in the vegetative state. They are a 60/40 sativa hybrid.

New grow. New manifold. The Nebula way. https://www.growweedeasy.com/manifold African Gas. Ace Seeds 60/40 sativa/indica hybrid. 50/50 coco/perlite. 5 gallon pots. Cal/Mag and CX Horticulture Nutrients. Seeds sprouted 12/18/25. They went into their final home 12/25/25. Turned on the autopot system 1/7/26. They grew to six
