The smell is transient. Sometimes I don't even know I'm growing weed.
Other times, it's powdery orange. Remember how the orange blossoms smelled in the orchard I drove by that time when I was a teenager in Arizona and pissed off at being in Arizona and the powdery orange smell of the orange blossoms made me pull over for some situational acceptitude? It's that kind of smell. Touching it is orange zest.
The pistils are really starting to ginger up. Again, the camera phone washes things out. But not to worry. I know she's nowhere near harvest. Nudge-nudge.
    Spoiler alert.
Two more sets of AHB cotyledons broke surface in bags of FFOF in the big tent. Don't tell anyone. Too early to see if they'll go the way of the AHxCH.

Went and did it. A day short of 6 weeks in flowering.
I did my best to show the trichomes. The ginger shows better in some pictures than others. By my estimation, I'm 40%. Maybe 35%. I've had to get some dispensary Sativas in the house since growing Auntie's Best Friend. ABF puts everyone into sleep mode. Super comfy sleep mode. Not couch lock, just... I don't know... warm and fuzzy. If you don't get to curl up in a blanket, that's okay because you're still so warm and fuzzy. I didn't want this grow to be like that. The ginger went farther than I wanted.
The tent being where it is will be a lint trap. Dabber likes laying in her spot in the light in front of the tent. Between her and her squirrel (knotted towel) the area is rife with lint.

Indoor and outdoor bud porn, just before the harvest.

            Post harvest report.
Plants are hanging in my bedroom closet. When I walk back there, I smell oranges.
I just emptied out the bag. The root ball was solid.
Stems were solid and woody. When I touch the trunk, it smells like oranges.

Is it sticky? What other aromas are you getting, if any. Visne explicare, sis?

Not super sticky. More wet than sticky. They seem like small trichomes. They're all over the place, but small.
I mentioned powdery orange in a previous post. Now, it's like mellow orange peel. No zest. Just orange.
I have no palette golfnrl . Lifesavers candy and various tones of pot are my limit. That I smell orange is different. I don't know from skunk or diesel or vanilla. It's either candy or it's pot.
