I'm beginner in growing and I don't understand what the problem with my plant

I grow 42 fast buds Banana Purple Punch Auto, I grow in small tent 0.5 square meter. I use led lamp 100w.
Grow in plagron grow mix (it has nutrients for first 3 weeks)

Now my plant on day 16 and it have a big issue with leafes.

I don't understand what the problem

    My grow tent params:
    humidity: ~50 - 55%
    temp: 27 degrees Celsius
Lamp on 24h per day, I use 24/0 schedule for lights

First 7 days I use only filtered water with ph 6.0 - 6.2

After 7 day I start add calmag and power roots from plagron, ppm 150, ph 6.0 - 6.2

Any ideas or advice what would be the problem?

I think you answered you own question.
Your medium has nutrients for three weeks, but you are giving it nutrients at one week. Stop with the nutrients.
I'm coco. Somone else is probably going to tell you your pH is too low.
    Open to suggestions.

I thought Power Roots and CalMag weren't the primary fertilizers and could be added in the first few weeks.

Am I correct in assuming I should water only with filtered water without any additives, with a pH of 6.5, for the first three weeks?

The pH is too low as Dabs mentioned. Raise it to 6.5 next couple of waters and dont overwater it (dont let water pour out the bottom of the pot)

Id reduce the lught schedule a bit, maybe 20/4 or 18/6.

It looks like it is improving already though.

wowwow5605 according to what you said about your soil manufacturer saying it has nutes for 3 weeks, yes, stop nutes until your plant is 3 weeks old. I know nothing about the nutrients. Or are they nutrients or supplements? There may be a feeding schedule that starts after a week, but you should follow the soil note of 3 weeks.
It is common for new and experienced growers to add nutrients to hot soil.
Bluey you and I are in the same boat about runoff. In this case, since nutrients have been added to hot soil, might it be a good idea for a quick flush?
          Open to suggestions.

DabberDog new growth looks healthy. 150ppm is somewhere around 0.2 to 0.3 EC which is lower or at what you would give the first seedlings so Id continue with that feed schedules for another week or so then slowly increase it about 0.2 every week for the next 7 weeks. No more than 900ppm to 950ppm on the 500 scale which is about 1.8 to 1.9 EC. Most plants will max out at that with 900 odd PPFD and VPD on point
