HYDRO Micro grow LED 120w or 200w

I have a micro grow with dimensions of 82 cm in height, 60 cm in width, and 50 cm in depth (approximately 2'8" x 2' x 1'6"). I use an Autopot system with two pots of 8.5 liters (around 2.2 gallons).

When I started, the grow shop seller recommended a 65W LED. I installed it on the ceiling of the grow and completed two harvests of about 30 grams (1 ounce) each — one with two autoflowering plants and another with two photoperiod plants.

After that, I understood the importance of proper lighting. Now I'm unsure whether it's better to invest in a 120W LED or go straight to a 200W one.

Considering my grow space and two autoflowering plants, what would be the estimated yield with a 120W LED? And what about with a 240W LED?

Hello alexnatas if you haven't already seen this, check out the info at the link. https://www.growweedeasy.com/3-step-...bis-grow-light

I think the most usable way to calculate how much light your plant will get is to consider PPFD measured in micromoles as opposed to the light's wattage. You want your plants to get the most light at the right spectrum to produce the best yields. all of the calculations I have seen say for modern LED's the yield is about .75g per micromole. Considering the variables of growing MJ the the more realistic number is .55g or less per micromole.

There are online calculator's that an help you determine the right size and light for your grow space. Given your height restrictions I'd consider a new lamp that gave me the best spectrum with the least amount of heat, something in the 100watt range?
