Light looks good. What is it?
From the breeder's website, that plant has the potential to be over 3' tall. Looks like you should have had some veg nutrients going. Are those nutrients for coco/hydro or soil?
What is the medium? Could have used probably twice as much in the bags.
If you are letting your plants get as dry as they are in the pictures, they have been getting too dry.
At this point, the only nutrient you need is bloom since you are fair well along into flowering. Also, losing lower leaves this far along is normal. It does not always happen, but it is common.
You said you have been giving plain water but did not say anything about pH. Your plants do not show any signs of pH issues. Have you been adjusting?

Hey, Water ive been using has been always adjusted to 6.3-6.5 Ph

The soil is Plagron Premixed soil

Ive been persistently watering as ssoon as 2 inches on top are dry

The nutrients are made for the soil, they were recommended to me in the shop

The problem im seeing is that they are droopy and getting yellow, could i have over watered them?

        PH for flowers needs 6.5-6.8

Do I think you overwatered? No. I think they got too dry. How much do you give, and do you get runoff?
I also grow in fabric bags. I am of the opinion that we should not do the top dry method for watering. The reason is that the sides of the bags are also drying out. A top dry plastic pot is still wet on the sides. When the medium pulls away from the bags, it is too dry.
From what you've said and the pictures you posted, I would say not enough and too dry soil, veg nutrients in veg, and raise your pH to 6.5-6.8. You can do nothing about the lower yellow leaves. As far as you are into flowering, you might see more leaf discoloring issues. Don't sweat it. It's another variable you can do nothing about, once it starts.
But I ain't the only dope grower in here...

I usually give 300-400 ml but i think you are right and they got a bit too dry over the weekend, right now i made new water with 6.5 ph and gave them each 500ml

There was also water runoff and i believe it would be better to start adding nutrients when they recover from the drought yes?

I figure they were all dry because the pots were very light when i picked them out of the tent to water them

When I say I think they got too dry, I don't mean over the weekend. I mean they look like they've been starving. Not enough moisture in its life. More soil means a larger root ball means larger plants. Health wise, your plants are healthy green. No burned tips. Just the lowers going yellow. They just need a little more.
For reference, I grow in 5-gallon bags of coco. Maybe halfway through veg, I am giving half a gallon of nutrients every day and do not get runoff.
Lifting bags is the best way to check moisture level, I think. But when your plants are into flowering, they are top heavy and it's hard to tell the weight of the bag. I have plants that are about 5' tall. No way I can lift that and tell how wet it is. After a while, it gets to be intuitive. I've been doing the same thing for so many years I hardly think about it anymore.
The good news about what you have or have not done or if you are getting the results the breeder claims, you will have some bowls to smoke if you get your flowering nutes going. See how they handle half strength. Don't worry about overcoming the drought, first.

Also, the soil manufacturer says it is good for veg nutes for 3 weeks. They've been hungry for 2 weeks.

There are folks from all over the world in this forum. If you let us know what part of the metric world you're in, someone might have more localized suggestions on the products you have chosen.

                Hey, Cryptic.
I second DabberDog's last post - good advice. I grow 50/50 coco/perlite, 7 gallon fabric pots in my greenhouse with GH Trio nutes + CalMag. They like a quart to half gallon of nutrient solution daily. I also like to lift the pots to check the weight. If one or two feel lighter, I simply add more water. After a grow or two you'll get the hang of it.

I am from Europe so im used tot he Metric system,

I am unclear of how much of each of the 3 part nutes i need to put in the mix, i have a 5 Litre jug of water i use to balance ph and to water, how much of them would i need to add for that ammount?

If the bottle doesn't say, the website should.

Try using GWE's recommended nutrient mixing chart on the website - worked great for my grows. Your phone calculator likely has a meaurement conversion feature, gallons to liters, teaspoons to milliliters, etc.
