    HELP! Leaves yellowing and browning

Hello, this is my first grow - I am into week 9 of flower, growing photos in coco. Left: Blue Dream Right: Hella Jelly.

I noticed leaves starting to turn yellow on Blue dream about a week ago, I assumed it was the start of the autumn colors I was reading about on here recently. However, after looking over the plant problems page, I think it was because supplemental side lights were too close to the plants. Now both are yellowing and the leaves are crunchy but are not falling off and do not pull off easily.

Before I do more damage, is recommended to try to take off the dying leaves or leave them alone at this stage?

I checked the trichomes this morning, with my jewelers loop, and it doesn’t look like they are ready to chop yet, they still appear mostly clear. I think I am close but I do not want to risk cutting too early.

    All advice is appreciated.

If all of your environment is in range I would let them finish out. At this stage I like to only take what the plant gives, by that I mean when the stem pulls away easily and cleanly. Looks like you have taken good care of your girls.

They are in the final push. If it were mine I would remove dead leaves and any that are yellow and close. At this stage let them run. Attempts at "fixing" them may backfire on you. As they approach chop I would start removing the fan leaves anyway, but you do you. Nice job for a first grow.
Don't worry, be happy, grow sticky buds.
