Week 3 of flowering stage . It’s only my second Grow and these are all northern light autos. Is it normal for all three to be in different stages?will the beast in the back fill out eventually? Any insight would be greatly appreciated , i don’t know anyone who grows so I’m self taught and get most of my info from places like this from actual growers.

Ay mate. Yes it is completely normal for seed grown plants of the same strain to be at different stages, sizes, smell, taste, affect etc in both auto and photo strains. I predict that the beast will fill out nicely and be great yielder just going to take longer than the others which may be beneficial as you won't be swamped with a heap of trimming at once.
I'm pretty sure the only way to have a number of plants that are going to be the same is to grow from cuttings off the same mother.

Yes, plants do what they want don't sweat it. Just cause it happened to me when I started, have you read the main site, not just the forum? There is so much good information there. I found the forum first and someone mentioned the main site with all the good information that at the time I was unaware of.Don't worry, be happy, grow sticky buds.

I was curious about the light. I grow with an HLG RSpec. Every grow I’ve had with it one plant in the same location will bust out and get a few inches taller than its tent mates. The others have always caught up in flower. I think it’s the spectrum and arrangement of the led’s. But IDK. I was just curious. I’ve seen the different phenotypes in some of the hybrids I’ve grown.

Even in a small space, location can make a difference to how a plant grows. Airflow, temp, light might be slightly different in small amounts (to us) but can be a big difference to how the plant breathes and photosynthesizes.
Or just the uniqueness of the phenotype. There are 3 things you must check everyday when growing in hydro:
1) Water level (How much h2o is she drinking in 24hrs)
2) pH level (change over 24hrs)
3) ppm/EC level (How much food is she eating in 24hrs)
