Do you have fans in there? Anything blowing directly on your plants?

Yes, there is an exhaust fan and there are also small fans that blow on the plant!

OK. It may sound weird but your issue might be wind. I've had similar looking leaves in the past and thought the plant had some kind of virus or something because everything was in range and tent mates had no issues. It was a circulating fan I had too close to my plant. The leaves were curled like yours and one was even slightly torn. I've read the info about wind damage to plants with fans blowing directly on them or putting them too close to the plant. I thought that damage would take a strong breeze. I was wrong. I redirected the fan and the problem went away.
