    New Grower needs Advice

Hello everybody! I'm a first time grower and thought it would be easier that it is turning out to be. I mean, after all its a weed, right? I set up a corner of a shed my wife used as a studio with 2 60W LED lamps. i sprouted 6 seeds. 3 BUBBLE KUSH Autoflower and 3 OG KUSH Feminized. Started all seeds in the small pots. Transplanted 2 of the autoflower in 5 gal. mesh pots filled with Happy Frog potting soil. I have read about not overwatering or overfertilizing. I will be using filtered tapwater that takes out chlorine. I am planning to follow Dr Bugbees recommendation for mixing 20 10 20 fertilizer into the water at 0.6 g/ liter. I watered once with that mixture but stopped because I think the soil has enough nutrients for a few weeks from sprouting. Temps are around 70 most of the time. Have a fan for air circulation. The pictures show some discoloration on some leaves. Please tell me if you think you might know what is going on. Thanks

I'm not the best grower but I do get consistently good growth on seedlings. I saw no one had answered so I thought I'd give it a go in case it helps.

One thought: Overwatering - It could be just that they're a little overwatered. Seedlings can show nutrient deficiencies even if everything else is perfect if their roots stay a bit too wet too long. If so, they should quickly grow out of it quickly once they get the right moisture levels! If you try to pick up the pots, do they feel heavy or light? If they feel on the heavy side, maybe give them a few extra days before watering again, or give a bit less water at a time. At this size they probably only need 2-3 cups (500-750ml) of water every 2-3 days, according to this schedule. https://www.growweedeasy.com/waterin...r-5-gallon-pot

Second thought: PH - Another thing that can cause deficiencies is the pH at the roots. Have you tried testing the pH of the water?

Third thought: Temperature - 70°F is a little cold for seedlings, especially if it's dipping lower when lights go out. I've noticed seedlings grow much better/faster when the temp is closer to 80°F. I also know that plants are much easier to overwater when it's cool, because they drink much less.

Wet with PH issues. Up take of nutrients happens at different levels with different mediums. Good color, it's a keeper don't love it to death. Ditch the jiffy, leprechauns love them.
