      1 More light
2 Plant it deeper all the way up to those round baby leaflets
      3 Bigger pot
4 much more info like whats in the pot, indoor/outdoor, water/feed schedule, soil/hydro, light, RH, PH, genetics and so on
5 and the most important, follow the links in the green bar at the top of this and every page read read read, then do it again and again.

hey rwise, reading your advice to tuna you say to bury it up to the baby leaves, is that because it's so skinny looking? and if so, is that because the light isn't strong enough?

Yes and yes, it will also grow roots on the buried area. It is reaching for the light.

            I have a question.
That's a rock wool cube or something similar? Does that make a difference when replanting lower? Am I asking that right?
What Rwise said. Every part of the main trunk that is under soil/coco will grow more roots. A not better alternative to replanting is laying the plant down and covering it with medium. I've had half buried trunks that were half covered in roots.

I've done the on the side thing, it works I also use it on my maters!
Even the branches will root, without that there would be no clones.

What is the propagation/cloning technique where a plant is laid down? Is it air layering?
Air layer on a stem, but can it be done in the soil?

Most clones are cut off first, but I cut off a limb (BB3) dropped it on the ground and it grew.

Wait! Forget repotting. Just put more soil in the pot. Stress free.

yeah i'm afraid to pull them out, i might have to wrap something around my solo cups to make them taller so i can add more dirt

Shouldn't have to do that to solo cups unless you really are struggling with light power or distance.

There is a method of air layering that will clone roots in separate pots while still being attached to the mother plant.

It must have been a bean stalk from the giant and now he's gone up the vine and gone...........

Ground layering is what I'm thinking of. Not air layering.

Here's a thing about house windows. If you have modernish windows, your plants will not do so well because modernish windows are designed to let light in but cut down on UV and the other light bits plants like. The more modern the window, the more light bits get blocked.
You would have better luck with simple CFL or t5 lights. Fluorescents, basically.
