Can i stunt to even grow times ?

Hi, opinions if you please. I've now got a veg tent set up with a 2FT 4Tube T5 lamp and am soon to be the recipient of 2 donor plants a friend has spare which will be about 18 days old. Now, I also have 2 siler haze seeds which were put into soil today so are effectively 2 1/2 wks behind the donors. So can I cut and defoiliate not at will but a bit more aggressively than normal to try and stunt their growth while I wait for the seedlings to reach the same sort of size.

I personaly would just let the bigger ones grow and still flip at the same time one crop will just be bigger that's all

If it's only a 2wek difference it dnt matter I wouldn't stunt a plant just to slow it down I would just lst the bigger plant to let the other one catch up a bit u could even top it if u wanted to

Thanks it's just the flowering tent ain't that big and I scrog so it can all get a bit tangled in there even at 4 same size mamas. Hopefully mate will of topped them by now anyway.

YOu can always suppercrop the tallest branches before flowering so they don't get out of control. But you gonna find yourself fighting nature cause you have no idea how different strains are gonna grow and even if you did you could get diferent phenos. So I wouldn't worry much to keep them even but to let them grow at their max potential and if some are too tall suppercrop them. If they are not growing many branches then top and top. Try to train all of them to fill your grow area and beware of the flowering stretch so none outgrow the growspace

Just thought i'd add something from my current 1st grow.

I sprouted all my girls from the same seeds, and not at the same time. My tallest baby is actually one to two weeks younger than her two older sisters, and she's WAY taller than them (fuckin hell, she's even taller than me now, the beauty. =)
And the youngest girl sprouted three weeks after the first two, and she's at a similar height to them.

Of course plant training definitely had it's influence, but I didn't train aggressively because i'm a learning 1st timer.
