    hardening seedlings

o.k. folks, about to start my grow in a huge south facing pic. window. i'll let 'em go till they reach the edge of my solo cups. when i bring them outside to the 5 gal. pails do i need to do it slowly or is that just for seedlings that started under lights?

I think any time you make big environmental adjustments to any plant it’s best to do it incrementally. A seedling will be more sensitive in most cases. First day do partial shade for a few hours, second day same but longer, third day work in full sun, 4th more sun, if temps are right you can leave them out after day 4 or 5. Watch them closely on day 2-3 and react accordingly. I’m likely starting that next week. Best of luck!
