Ok, what you are seeing are my 1 week old (yesterday) autos. Circled in green are my Northern Lights auto which I think are growing normally and circled in red I have a Poison auto and a Maxigom auto.

As can be seen the two latter ones are having issues, in the first pic is my Poison and it's first leaves look normal but the secondary ones are not growing right and in the second pic even it's first leaves are
not looking good. The conditions are the same for all I have them on a 16/8 light schedule with a DPI of around 15 which I will up this week to around 20 for their second week. These DPI numbers I got from
    Growlightmeter.com.

So, here I am, worried sick and hoping anyone can help me telling me what I'm doing wrong and hopefully with a way to help my little ones. A big thanks in advance to any and all who have any advice which will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Sorry about the awful photography skills, hopefully these are clearer to see...the first 2 photos are my suffering girls the other 2 are the northern lights which seem to be doing better...

That doesn't look horrible to me. I have had a lot of babies look strange at the start then grew out of it quickly, especially autos. On a side note, that dirt/medium looks a bit dry. Try watering in a circle a bit further out from the plant to make the roots hunt for the water and stretch out.

Looks like seedlings making their way. A little dry, but don't drown them. 18/6 low light levels for a while. Not your first grow I'm guessing??

You're right...this is my third time. First time was awesome, second time I lost them to overwatering. I guess that's why I'm a bit paranoid right now, but thank you for the advice, I'll be keeping an eye out when watering them this time around.
