    DeFo too early in Flower??

Because I was concerned about light penetration & air circulation, I defoliated shortly after signs of Flower. As can be seen from the pics, she quickly filled out again despite being in pre-flower/flower . So now it looks like all her energy has gone into leaf growth, rather than initial bud growth. I'm hoping this only means a bit of a delay in truly flowering. What do you think? Also, does the close-up of the first budding look normal? Only my second grow .....

Thanks! She's the Banana Blaze feminized strain, not an auto. Tiny tent 60x60x120 - Plenty of cross ventilation/ fresh air circulation - PrimaKlima carbon filter - Spider Farmer 100w lights - Both temperature & humidity are regulated with a Tapo sensor/trigger set-up - Advanced Nutrients. I took her from 18/6 to 12/12 as soon as I saw signs of flowering at the nodes, but did a 36 hour dark period before the 12/12. <-- Is this perhaps the source of my mistake? I devised external boxes with vent ducting leading out of them and attached them to the Intake Vent (R) & the Output Vent (L) and then checked to be sure that no light was seeping in & still check for it nearly daily; no problems there that I can see. As in the pic, the In Vent (R) has a dehumidifier positioned in front of it, but no where near flush with it. I've been using it to DeHu and to also keep the tent warm (19-20°C) overnight.

P.S. The dehumidifer light indicator has been gaffered in multiple layers and no light seeps out it.

It is not in flower. I can't see preflower either. (Edit. On another look maybe I can but hard to tell. It might be.

Looking good though, nice and healthy grow. Pretty sure she is a girl though given that last pic.

Thanks Bluey! Based on what I'm seeing (see close-up pic) I think she is at least in pre-flower since I'm seeing pistols at the nodes. Maybe the DeFo simply slowed the process down a bit?

I wait to see preflowers at the ends of the of plants branches, the tips.. That's when flower is about to start. Those little hairs at the nodes, I just see them as the start of showing its sex. Others may see it differently but we don't normally refer to that as the start of flower

So, I went to check on BB this morning and she very kindly let me know where she's at. I'm gonna call her at pre-flower Week 2 and adjust her nutes accordingly. I'm still a little concerned about what looks to be burst swelling at one of the nodes as shown in the first close-up pic a posted. Here's a couple more pics from this morning. AND I did remove several leaves that were necessary to ensure light penetration/air circulation.
