    Manifold training

    STATS:

    Mango Sherbet feminized
    5 gallon fabric
    FFOF
FF Soil trio 2/3 Strength + Calmag full strength .
    24/0 first month. 18/6 now

These results are amazing thus far. I have never grown a plant with a stalk this thick. Eight colas coming off two limbs! This is going to be so much easier!

I followed NebulaHaze guide. I was just a little late they had 7 nodes when I topped to the third.

It's a little hard to see. But there are eight growth tips coming up.

One of these days I'm going to wean myself of G2F's autos and get back to the fems. Autos are easy but a well topped fem is a beautiful thing.

Once you do it this way you will never look back. Topping even works great outdoors too

With a nicely trained plant & canopy of about 3x3 a pound of bud is realistic.

That looks great. I've decided to take the manifold plunge on the next photo grow. I'm also planning to follow NebulaHaze's guide. I'm thinking it will help me conquer the sativa cultivars I want to grow. The only question I have right now about the whole process is the length of the veg period. How long does it take to make the manifold? I'm thinking that may be plant/conditions specific but IDK. How long has yours been in veg?

Mine normally start slow, I suspect because of big pots, but once they get going they take off.

I've vegged for between 50 and 65 days and a pound a time. I do it pretty much as described unless I have reason to do it differently. Time frames vary but it shouldn't take more than about 4 weeks from sprout but then you want it to grow out and make room for the intermediate colas to come up through the middle. You'll have 8 mains and typically 30 odd intermediates if you don't trim too much

I didn't keep a journal with these. And I really should have. I think they are about two months.

Funny thing . The 24/0 was an accident. It's to much to explain but I screwd up the timer. Lol

Understood about the timer. Gardening while stoned has led me on a few adventures. I'm curious about the stretch and how tall the plant will get. Keep up the good work.
