Is this a sign of seeding ?

Hey guys I’m just curious if this is a sign of seeding my environment is on point I’m in week 4 of flower few days ago my lights came on 2 or 3 hours early but the research I’ve done said it shouldn’t be a problem as long as it isn’t a regular occurrence.

That second picture I have with the sack and green looking seed. Is that a seed ?

It does look to be seeds, hard to tell from a pic (and it gets blurry when zoomed), pluck one off and look inside.

I uploaded a zoomed in pic. But that green looking seed is very soft as if I press it it isn’t basically disappears

It takes 4-6 weeks for seed to form and mature, immature seeds would be soft, do you want the seeds? Did you find any nanners (male flowers) or have a male?

IF they are indeed seeds, pollen got there somehow. Maybe it could have came in on you from outside, but no pollen no seeds.
