    HELP! plants not flowering

a little background Ive been growing indoors in a tent for 13 years. I grow in soil ( fox farms ocean/forest) I use air pots and when I use nutes its G-H maxi grow and bloom also cal-mag mostly when flowering.Right now I have 4 plants growing all differnt strains. The problem Im having is they are not flowering I have had the lites on 12/12 for 15 days. The plants look great they are still growing all have doubled their hieght since the lites were cut back. I have checked for lite leaks and have found none,my temps run 63-65 with lites off and 73-75 when on. I did have 2 nights when the temps got in the lower 50s but that was in vegging stage. I have an soil ph tester just a cheap one and its reading a ph of 7. When I water I ph my water to 6.4/6.5 . Im at a loss any help or advice would be great. Thanks. Missed saying the side branchs off the main limbs are not growing and they are not drinking much water

    Patience grasshopper.

Three weeks is not unusual from flip to budlets/preflower.

But check your light timer anyway. If its one of those manual ones maybe time to upgrade to digital anyway.

It takes 14 days for the plant to switch from veg to flower.

Ive never had them go more than 10 days with out showing pistals, but maybe they're late bloomers
