Hello community, I need your help. My seedling looks pretty bad. I'm starting in a solo cup with coco- perlite and vermiculite. I probably over watered or started giving it nutrients to early. This is week 3. Spaced out shorty on the right is doing pretty good. They germinated a day apart. What should I do? First time starting in solo cup and first time attempting to grow photos.

I don't know anything about coco. I use FFOF exclusively. The good news is, as long as you don't completely kill photos. You can usually nurse them back to health. It just takes time.
Did you cut or drill a hole in the bottom of those cups?SF 35X47X70 tent

Honestly, if it was me. I would dump the coco. And go straight to FFOF. You won't need any nutes for the first few weeks. Plus it gives you a nice buffer. Soil is just more forgiving than other mediums.

Mollisol I appreciate your input. I did put holes in the cup. So, this is only my second attempt. My first grow was in coco, but with all autos. The first grow was just ok. I honestly don't know why I used coco. Curiosity I suppose. I have already purchased supplies for my next grow which will be with soil. Anyway, I'm going to try my best to nurse my little girl back to health.

The nutes you give a seedling really need to be seedling strength, which is somewhere between zero and 0.4 EC typically.
If you give too hot a shot (wilting and browning of leaf tips) you can save them if you havent burnt the roots too much by flushing with water, gently.
The less depth you give them when you pop the seed in your medium, to a point, the more growth you tend to get above it so less root growth below which makes them more fragile to everything.
Seedlings like temps around 21/19⁰C day/night and high humidity of around 80%, and 100% if they haven't developed roots. Light around 150 to 200 PPFD to start. A window sill out of direct sunlight with domes on a seedling tray has worked well in the past for me.Flower Room: 11' x 7' x 7.5'H, 480w AC, 13gal/day dehumidifier, 1.5gal ultrasonic humidifier, 60gal (27gal usable) nute tank, 16" pedestal fan & 18" wall fan.
