    Water after heater work

My apartment just got water heater work. I do not know the extent of the work. It could have been a valve tightening or a complete replacement. It is not filtered and it is not softened.
Whenever work gets done, the hot water winds up micro-aerated(?) to the point of the water coming out white and needing a minute to clear up.
Is this oxygen aeration like using an air stone?
    C'mon, mule!

Sounds like it’s just entrapped air as you suspected, it should dissipate once it flows enough to be purged.
