Change compost to coco and perlite

Hi All, newby here, I have started my kush seedlings in soil they are about 12" high, in 10" pots. My question is can I re-pot into coco and perlite in a square cloth bag?

    Welcome

Although I’ve never had to do this myself I can't see why it can't be done.

You'll have to contend with a bit of root damage which will slow your plant down, at a minimum.

Why do you need to do that? Can you not just start giving it nutes in its existing pot?
