    Help! My plant snapped!!

    Help!
I have a beautiful plant that is about two weeks away from harvesting. She's about 8-9 feet tall, outside grow. We just had a heavy rain with strong winds that split the main branch in half!!! It had 4 tops and the Main top also snapped!! I put a plastic bag around the trunk and then used a massive zip tie to hold it together,( the bag to help it not tear in). I don't want to harvest my top yet because even though there's some amber it's not quite ready but I don't think I have a choice.
Any advice?? Please I know it's almost the end but still.
Here's a pic of before, like yesterday. I didnt think to get a picture of the damage because its raining so hard and i was trying to bandage her up. Thanks in advance.

Oh man i'm sorry that's a nasty break you did the right thing but i'm not to sure with the uptake of any nutes/water will be taken upto the plant since i see it's nearly off and only hanging by the skin. I would watch it carefully for wilting, dying from that split up and down. I'm soo sorry i sure hope it can hang on.

Thank you. I was thinking the same thing about the uptake. I've got the top taped and splinted . Keeping a close eye on it. She's holding for now but any sign of wilting and the top is coming off.
There's more tops but she's the biggest. Just a bummer

Tape it up, I use painter's tape. Put a splint in the tape to straighten the branch. If they were in veg they would probably heal. Since your so close to harvest it is up to the pant to pull itself through.
Don't worry, be happy, grow sticky buds.

Thanks for your advice. I splinted a taped her up. I had to use gorilla duct tape. Now it's a waiting game. It's a strong healthy plant, I just hope that top holds on a little longer.

Definitely give her some support (brace/splint), good luck!
