Orange spots issue

Hi all issue in the pic…orange spots (not wiping off)

It’s 3 weeks into flowering…bud sights everywhere and developing but this has shown up this morning. She’s grown to
a lovely height over 60cm (Orion F1 auto) Nutes are 3ml of bio grow and 3ml of top max, it’s more humid than I’d like it, running at 70% due to me not ordering a dehumidifier. Just ordered one now. Any thoughts appreciated,
