Hi, First time grower here. I have begun growing OG Kush Autoflower and am in the 4th week of growth and had transplanted last week to a 10 gallon fabric pot. I am watering 1 liter a day in a 10 gallon fabric pot. The pot is sitting on a tray filled with rocks for drainage. This 1 liter consists of water and the recommended amounts of Advanced Nutrients (see attached pic). I water in the morning just once a day. I am using a 2’x2’x5’ Spider Farmer grow tent with a constant fan. The temp is around 77-78F and the humidity is 58-61%. The LED grow light is 18” above the plant. It gets 18 hrs light and 6 hrs of darkness. I not sure if I’m adding too little water which is my main concern. I’m just afraid of getting root rot. I attached a pic of the plant and grow tent. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Joe.

You are providing too much water for a plant of this size. That is what is causing the yellowing and downward curl of your leaves. Half a liter every other day is more like it. Also use the nutes sparingly as the plant cannot absorb much at this stage. Watering every day will most likely result in fungus gnats hatching. The top of the soil must dry out between watering's to avoid them. At this point, keep your watering to the outside the tips of the leaves.Current Grow: 1 GG4, 2 Hot Cakes, 1 Sweet Gelato Autos
3 gallon cloth pots
30"x30"x60" tent
Spider Farmer SE3000
Coco Pearlite mix
GH Trio, Silica, Cal-Mag

OldManGrower…could you tell me your thoughts on how she’s looking? Looks good to me but this is my grow.

Dimmer has been turned down to 60 and raised to 20” above plant. Should I be giving more than 1 liter of water (with bloom nuts) per day?2 Photos

How come your auto watering anyway? Is this your first growing of a plant? She's just beginning to flower it looks like. Look how the soil is low. I don't get why she's watered so frequently. I don't know i'm just trying to understand this " new idea" of growing automation. I guess if i were gone for days on end would be fine but 1000ml seems a bit much and always having nutrients? Autos are so finicky to improper watering an feedings. The idea of pouring more onto a sick plant just doesn't make sense to me.

Ohhh my bad thought i saw a dripper. Sorry about that. My soil after a couple months settles and looks like that's what happened with yours but next time fill it up the dry soil then water it till it sinks abit then plant the sprout or clone. Just a tip do what you want but you won't loose if you do LOL peace and good luck

The pot should lighter by some when it needs watering. I go by weight of the whole pot and plant. I pick it up after watering of any solution and notice the weight and in a couple of days i pick it back up again. If the pot is light, lighter or the same weight, i judge how much water it needs. I always have to Remember that I'm the one with cotton mouth. I like for mine to dry out a little before i give it anything.
