    Humidity

OK so I have a question about humidity in grow tents/rooms. Now the general rule of thumb is to lower humidity gradually in veg and keep humidity low in flower. Now is there any proven benefits of doing this except for avoiding mold, rot, mildew etc?

The benefit is that you can grow good weed if you control the humidity appropriately for each growing stage, and you'll run into problems if you don't. What other benefits are you looking for?
