Light and wind burn, nutrient problems

My critical kush is two days into week 3 of flower, I have juiced down the lights(4 x 240w Samsung led diodes), and fans are taken care of.
I know nitrogen is a bit low, but that’s not my concern.
My real problem is some kind of nutrient problem, cal, mag, boron, iron, zinc or maybe to much phosphorus.
It could also be that the pot is beginning to fill up with roots.
The pot is about 70 liters of medium, but the plant has grown there for 2 months. My grow room is pest free, a few gnats because I also got some avocado plants in here as well.
The room has great airflow in, out and about.
My PH is 6.2, the plants run-off last watering came out with 700ppm.
I’m using Guano Kalong High phos powder, palm tree ash and little sea weed powder, plus Bio bizz calmag, top max and acti vera.
I’ve grown cannabis for about 6-7 years on and off, but never have had problems like this.

I would appreciate some helpful inputs a lot

Seems to me like the ppm from runoff are very low. What's the ppm going in? How often you feed? Either you haven provided enough potassium or too much calcium have locked it out.

Did you removed all the foliage recently? It has almost no leaves and that could have created a shock that started a chain reaction where the plant stopped consuming calcium and led to build up that led to lock out.

Your PH is way too low. You need to up it to at least 6.5-6.7. Very low PH causes nutrient uptake lockout. Add some powdered lime to your pot.

Agreed, sure looks like headed toward lockout. Does it sit it the runoff water and then wicks it back up?

Pic 3 I thought I was looking at the underside of the leaf for a bit. I think you may be seeing a deficiency I am not all that familiar with....the darkening of the veins/foliol indicates perhaps cal def but the colour of the margins I don't get. Only top leaves or bottom leaves first?
