    Should I defoliate my plants?

This is my first grow. I believe I'm in the later stages of vegetation, I'm predicting flowering to start in August but I'm basically going to follow the lead of the autoflower plant. Ive already topped them, Should I defoliate these or just let them do what they're going to do?

I'd remove your lower fans and bud sites and finish training or flip once they recover. You look out of room.
Then I'd remove/move all shade leaves blocking bud sites and remove everything to achieve a lollipop after 2 weeks of flip. I wait for the stretch to finish. Search for lollipopping

Looks good to me, place a riser under those pots keep them off the floor and don't crowd them together. Otherwise your plants look great !

Looks alright but all those new little leaves down low, remove them too. They are useless
