    Day 53 bloom

Blue cheese was harvested today. There was a war against bud rot, and I decided to cut and run. Had to do that last year with this one also, so it was expected.

The blue cheese are the two in front

And after. The smaller buds and larf were left to see if they grew any more. The veg tent was shut down and the solos were moved in to finish. Time for a break.

Hey Green Thumb, I'm new to the forum, and to growing in general. I'm trying to learn as much as I can from experienced members. I'm wondering what your grow set up, size of tent, wattage and type of light etc... Any assistance would be most appreciated.

Edit: Just saw your details in a previous post. I'm still learning how to get around this forum

Edit Edit, awesome yield. Gives me hope for my future ventures.

    Day 54 bloom

The veg tent, pinch hitting as a bloom tent, has been shut down and combined into the bloom tent now that there is room. The indoor solos are doing well. They are the plants that were flipped after only 21 days of veg and have had no training other than selective trimming. The remains of the blue cheese were returned to the bloom tent to see if there will be any added growth so long as the br stays away.

      Day 59 bloom

Nothing to do but watch the grass grow. They are ripening and plumping up, trichs have turned cloudy, and the fade is starting. They are only getting pH'd water and are in the home stretch now. Just have to keep the bud rot away. I cut 1 or 2 small buds every other day. It may be time to cut and run. The weather has just been rain, humidity, and heat. The indoor solos are just about done also. They too are ripening.

The outdoor grow is hanging in. We had 8 inches of rain over the last 2 days with heat. Usually when it rains it cools down, not this year. They have started the transition to bloom and the stretch is on.

Yea the rain has been tough all year this season on the east coast. Two or three years worth in two months. Your outdoor grow still looks great. Very happy with my photos too considering. If it dries out at all come fall it should be a good harvest.

I'm not counting on any dryness. Every night the dew settles on everything including these and they are soaking wet until the sun burns it off, if it comes out.

The final harvest of larf on the bones. They have been in the tent fattening up for 2 weeks. They didn't need much attention as there was little to use up the water in the coco. I let them go until the pots were almost dry then chopped the plants and hung them up whole to dry.

Maybe I'll try that one grow. Leave the larf on and let it flatten up a bit instead of chopping the whole plant.

The buds are small but dense and packed with trichs. They quadrupled in size if not more from when the large branches were cut. I will still toss them in with the trim, some good trim. Very little work compared with tending mature plants.

          Nice work CK.

I'll be keeping my next lot of trim instead of binning it. Think I'll try a QWISO on it rather than toss it.

Well isn't this fine. Labor day comes, the weather is supposed to be good the first week after. Here we are back to hard core summer. Day temps in the 90, 80% humidity. night 70 and 100%. Everything is soaked in the morning. I have setup a box fan for the outdoor grow to try and keep the dew of the plants. They are growing some genuine flowers and they are looking good. The race is on. Who will win? The buds, the cold, the rot. Trying to keep them dry. Some night pix.

I have been keeping the solo going by letting it dry out completely between watering. A balance between letting it die of thirst or die from drowning.

Your plants are looking similar to my later blooming white widow.
At least it looks like you have plenty of greenery to take you through budding.
My mystery girl is further along as far as budding, but she's looking like Charlie Brown's Christmas tree!
Hardly any fan leaves left on her. The GG4 and WW look much healthier. (really glad I didn't chop down the WW, she's catching up rapidly.
It was close, I had even gotten out the loppers from the garage and then decided to give her another week-good decision!)
Keep up the good battle, we have to adapt as best we can
My daily confession, hit up the local pot store yesterday and bought some Dark Rainbow; 26.61% tested THC.
Strong stuff, to strong to smoke all day though resulting in an afternoon nap! LOL

That's what my freak strain looks like rather pityfull . I have gone to dispensary to help beef up the auto flowers i'd harvested earlier this summer, i need stronger indica for my " evening cocktail " i blend them together.

After a brutal return to heavy summer heat and humidity the rain and T-storms are on the way but only modest temp decrease. The plants are on the move. I am keeping the rain off them by putting them in the barn. It is a pita but they are only 3 gallon pots filled with coco. They are still each drinking 1 gallon water and nutes per day. The storm is rapidly approaching. I'm one of those people who like T-storms.

A follow up on the larf on the bones grow out. This is one of the blue cheese plants. There were two. After harvesting the large branches I let them grow in the tent for another 2 weeks. The increase was well worth it.

The results after drying and putting in the jar. 28.4g of small but tight and trichome packed mini buds. They smell wonderful. That is a 2L jar. It won't last long. It is slated to be cooked down to a fine tincture concentrate.

just about done with my first ever grow. trying to fix nutrient deficiencies during flowering. hopefully it turns around quick. the plant certainly looks like it can. other than that. pretty good. planning my next grow where I'm going to be more meticulous about everything now that i have proper equipment, and actually doing a journal
