I have been keeping the solo going by letting it dry out completely between watering. A balance between letting it die of thirst or die from drowning.

That's what my freak strain looks like rather pityfull . I have gone to dispensary to help beef up the auto flowers i'd harvested earlier this summer, i need stronger indica for my " evening cocktail " i blend them together.

Your plants are looking similar to my later blooming white widow.
At least it looks like you have plenty of greenery to take you through budding.
My mystery girl is further along as far as budding, but she's looking like Charlie Brown's Christmas tree!
Hardly any fan leaves left on her. The GG4 and WW look much healthier. (really glad I didn't chop down the WW, she's catching up rapidly.
It was close, I had even gotten out the loppers from the garage and then decided to give her another week-good decision!)
Keep up the good battle, we have to adapt as best we can
My daily confession, hit up the local pot store yesterday and bought some Dark Rainbow; 26.61% tested THC.
Strong stuff, to strong to smoke all day though resulting in an afternoon nap! LOL

Well isn't this fine. Labor day comes, the weather is supposed to be good the first week after. Here we are back to hard core summer. Day temps in the 90, 80% humidity. night 70 and 100%. Everything is soaked in the morning. I have setup a box fan for the outdoor grow to try and keep the dew of the plants. They are growing some genuine flowers and they are looking good. The race is on. Who will win? The buds, the cold, the rot. Trying to keep them dry. Some night pix.

And can't forget the one remaining solo. Still hanging in there despite the root rot. Some flowers are growing.

    Nice work CK.

I'll be keeping my next lot of trim instead of binning it. Think I'll try a QWISO on it rather than toss it.

The buds are small but dense and packed with trichs. They quadrupled in size if not more from when the large branches were cut. I will still toss them in with the trim, some good trim. Very little work compared with tending mature plants.

Maybe I'll try that one grow. Leave the larf on and let it flatten up a bit instead of chopping the whole plant.

The final harvest of larf on the bones. They have been in the tent fattening up for 2 weeks. They didn't need much attention as there was little to use up the water in the coco. I let them go until the pots were almost dry then chopped the plants and hung them up whole to dry.

Oh no. I'm expecting this also on mine. With 6 more weeks of this kind of weather I think it's inevitable.

The large plant outdoor grow is developing flowers and even some trichomes.

And bud rot. They aren't even near fully developed yet and it has set in. I expected this.

And the outdoor solos are not dong well at all. Two are lost and the third is barely hanging on.
